I've had vitiligo since I was 11. At fourteen I was prescribed medical makeup to conceal my skin. The products were heavy, ineffective, and often made my condition worse. So I started experimenting with formulation and colour theory — first making my own concealers, then custom products for other people, and eventually moving into permanent solutions.
I've also lived with acne, eczema and hair thinning. I'm my own client, I use my own products daily, and I've had camouflage, lip neutralisation, laser and scalp treatments myself.

Why our colour work is different
Most camouflage products and training teach shade selection — hold it against the skin, pick the nearest match. That performs acceptably on a narrow range of skin and fails on everything else.
We build colour instead. Base depth, undertone identification, correction — and mixing for how pigment looks once healed, not how it looks on the day.
Pigment settles lighter and cooler than it goes in. Get that wrong and it heals ashy six weeks later — which shows most on deeper skin tones, where a cool result contrasts sharply against warm surrounding skin. It's the most common failure in camouflage work worldwide, and it's entirely preventable.
